Fabio Prado is one of the best jiu jitsu guys you will meet. I know he used to train team alpha male in Sacramento for jiu jitsu.
Hrs legit. Used to be good friends with Ryan Gracie but Fabio is super chill. Go there.

Fernando was under Fabio until recently. He made the switch and is directly under Yuri now. Good guy, school has a good culture. In Woodland theres CTA Woodland which might be too far. When Rudson is in town and you get a chance worth the drive. He got double gold as a brown at pans and worlds and is the next big thing in BJJ
