Weekend sucked, was in class all day both days. Moved treadmills and heavy stuff Sunday night. Worked an 11 monday, a 9 tues, 10.5 wednesday, didn't get any workouts in. Ate like crap. Today (Thursday): Boxing with E, mainly sharpening up my cross. Really got snapping at the end there, twisting at the hips and not over extending. Was a good practice and I was missing it.
