I used to box a lot but the last year i have only been doing bodybuilding, which i love. But i wanna start boxing again on a hobby plan though, so its only gonna be bag work and shadowboxing, i wanna get my form back together for self defense purposes and fun. I did take some kickboxing classes also, so i wanna try to do a round or two with my legs also.
But do you guys have any good drills and things i could try, to better my form? Boxing wise is my jabs good, hook and uppercut should be focus, and kickboxing is my kicking my focus.
