Callos especially is a direct competitor for business against Lloyd and has lost many clients to him because his methods are dated and not current allegedly. I knew this from the beginning especially after Ryan got involved with calling Keenans mother and family to try and act like Keenan was in danger or a crisis situation, whatever...

But since reading JORDON SCHULTZ's post 15 minutes ago on 3-01, I am retracting my notions of giving Irvin the benefit of the doubt. That post is pretty damning to Irvin, accusing him of molesting and coercing female students for sex (as young as 14). But it was from Schultz's post alone that changed my mind and not blanket statements nor weakass accusations from internet soap opera numbnuts that just loves drama.

I have what's called, common sense. I don't even know Irvin. Never even met him, let alone trained with him. Yet dumbasses who can't make valid arguments would automatically accuse me of being in his camp b/c they're too stupid use common sense. I don't even know Nakapan that well neither. I like the guy though. Notice how I never needed to resort to accusing those who disagrees with me as being someone with close ties to Nakapan. Just use some common sense. Irvin running his shop like some big box gyms, with high pressure sales & quotas, etc. and then creating some half-ass MLM Millionaire Club is not illegal nor "amoral". The software that Nakapan is trying to develop is PROBABLY, the same thing that Irvin implemented in his gyms but now put into an APP.... email bombing, telemarketing scripts, harvesting leads/emails, etc. Go look at any LA Fitness, LA Boxing, Gold's Gym, whatever...they used ClubReady, etc. This is nothing new. Just STANDARD gym business practice. But I guess for people who works at Home Depot and shit, it would be hard to figure this out.

No one is really saying much about Lloyd running his gym like a commercial gym. That is the least of his problems. Sex cult aside, running a pyramid scheme is a form of fraud. So yes it can be illegal. Even indirectly comparing a pyramid scheme to "standard gym business practice" is just silly.

I already know you think you are holier than thou, but even after eating crow you use words like "dumbass" and "numbnuts" to describe other posters while using more sophisticated words to describe your own actions. Whatever helps you sleep at night buddy. :icon_neut

As previously reported here at Bloody Elbow, BETA Academy, one of the largest Team Lloyd Irvin affiliates, ended their relationship with TLI. Today, Nakapan Phungephorn, owner of BETA Academy, sent out a letter explaining why he terminated his relationship. Included in the letter is an explanation of Lloyd's business practices with his MMA Millionaires Association or "MMA Cartel" along with this disturbing claim from Nakapan:

Bullies attempt to intimidate those whom they perceive to be weak. Bullies make threats. Bullies exploit others to make themselves feel powerful. Lloyd has attempted to intimidate me, even going so far as to bring a gun to a business meeting to encourage my silence and continued cooperation. Lloyd has made what I, and many others, consider a veiled threat against my wife via Facebook. He uses petty intimidation tactics and threats that are unbecoming of a martial arts instructor. Lloyd Irvin Jr. is a bully. This realization has affirmed my decision to completely disassociate from him and his MMA Millionaires Cartel.

I used to train there, and I never bothered to ask. So I'm guessing based on the logo, which depicts two Beta fish. Beta fish are bred specifically for heightened aggression for fighting. Also known as "Siamese fighting fish".
