Imo its "Le Pacte des loups"

Not based as a "martial arts movie" but has very nice martial arts scenes combined with a good story and great actors. Love it

EDIT: notice how short this thread is: "Bloodsport and...uh..." Asian martial arts movies truly are superior. I'm a big fan of martial arts movies and I'm struggling to come up with good western ones aside from sports movies like Raging bull or stuff like that. Machete maybe, or Kill Bill?
And no, Seagulls movies aren't any good.
