I've only seen Black Panther, Infinity War, and Isle of Dogs. I'd go this ranking:

1. Isle of Dogs
2. Infinity War
3. Black Panther

I probably liked Isle of Dogs more than any movie I saw last year, so not too bad so far for me really.
