Hey guy's i'm getting really into my boxing training and I want to expand my gym in my house

As of now all I have is my Outslayer bag that hangs of my garage ceiling and some gloves

I'm going to move it to my back room with a stand instead.

What's the best stand for a heavy bag?

i'll also have about 300$ to spend on other equipment

    What should I buy?

A double end bag and speed bag. Also maybe get a bag for uppercuts. As for the boxing stand, you could either make one yourself depending on what tools you have or I'd look into buying a used one. Do you really need a stand or can you maybe put it against the wall or ceiling?

I have a double bag and jumprope in my cart on amazon

There's a stand that comes with the speedbag attachment at my local used sports equipment store

I'd read into the reviews or comparisons before buying anything. Otherwise you might end up buying something that'll break down in no time.

If you can hang your bag, that's much better than using a stand. I'd invest in a good heavybag mount and use that. Wouldn't waste money on a stand (unless it's one of those Balazs stands that go for $1k).

    Check out Firstlawfitness and Promountings.
