In terms of MMA??. if only MMA.. then a few guys come to mind like Jones and GSP.. they rarely get hit. Max Holloway is pretty good at defense too, he has improved it a lot of the last few years.

It's Dom. Before the TJ fight his striking defense was at fucking 80%. That's nuts. Especially for a lighter weight class which is why it's more impressive than Machida. He's at like 75% now which is still very good.

Garbrandt has exceptional hed muvment for an MMA fighter.

He obviously had moments vs Dom but was out struck in every round.

Other than Garbrandt you have to go with Prime fighters. Machida , Anderson , Jones and St Pierre.

Not really. According to Fightmetric, he has a 71% significant strike defense. For comparison purposes Cruz has 74%. and McGregor has 57%. Aldo is one of the soundest defensive fighters in the UFC.

Yeah, I mean Conor only hit him ONCE. One was enough, but it was still just one. And Chad tagged him a few times in the rematch, but other than that, he really didn't get hit much, except for the ground and pound he took from Hominick at UFC 129 in the fifth round after he gassed HARD.
