Even liberals have to have a hard time giving political contributions to someone that makes 10x what they do. And even if he won, you'd still need congress to pass legislation to get all of his "free" programs.

Attend your local "Friends of the NRA" banquet, and you'll see just how far ahead of the curve the NRA is when it comes to fundraising versus any equivalent group on the left.

One could very convincingly make the argument that the NRA is responsible for delivering the rustbelt to President Trump.

Trump keeps on threatening to go work with the Bernie Dems on trade if Republican leadership doesn't stop voting against him.
