UFC = 4 billion
Viacom = 22.5 billion

Bellator could buy UFC 5 times and still have money left over. You think any UFC fighters are going to hang around? LOL!!!

Only thing thats LOL is you thinking Bellator and Viacom are the same thing.

Viacom has the money, they own Bellator, they could buy the UFC.

With the WME having new purchase debt it seems like its as good of a time as ever to start bidding wars for top fighters

Dude, bellator is just one of the many smaller business units they own. It is unlikely viacom will invest even half as much on bellator as the UFC.

Doesn't work that way. Bellator doesn't generate the kind of revenue necessary to be in the radar of the company that owns it. If MMA becomes a truly huge sport, then they might put their power behind it, but for the time being it'd be better to think of them as distant relatives who might get a few bucks thrown their way every once in awhile

So you must hate them and think they're the devil for paying prelims fighters like $1000 and asking them to sell tickets. And for not providing fighter insurance to the level the UFC does, right?

Viacom won't invest in bellator

Shame said years ago there needs to be a big company or billionaire to compete with UFC . First is right but they won't spend

The premise is off because Viacom does not equal Bellator.

But the UFC is in a really tricky situation. They actually don't have a lot of money to spend anymore and Bellator is signing very good fighters of theirs

Viacom is investing more than ever in Bellator.

OP is way off, but Bellator has seen a massive overhaul since Coker took over

Imagine Bellator takes the top spot for the BEST fighters?

UFC becomes a WWE type event that only cares about freakshows.

No. Coker pays the fighters what they're worth. If they're worth $1000, they get paid $1000.

This is like what now? Account 8 or 9?

You learned about Bellator's finances and how much money they're making in business class? Wow, I never remember seeing that on the syllabus.
Ok, this is a public warning for you to go easy on the trolling and weird Bellator shilling. Please ease back with it.
