3 limbed barboza striking> 75% of ufc.
And everyone here was talking all that good shit about him being outstruck before the finish
Even if Barboza had both arms and one leg amputated, I still wouldn't screw with him.
you go in thinking "all those high school wrestling ankle picks bout to pay off"
and he flying knees you
Barboza is underrated asf, he took Ferguson in short notice and gave him problems, won first round but wasn't prepared for the second one. Khabib should stop being a coward and fight him, let him prove he can make 155 again.
Super underrated. Even if he isnt the best in the division, he is definitely the scariest.
I would, hard to kick with only one leg lol, now if he had no arms and both legs on the other hand... that would be a different story.
Barboza is my favorite Brazilian fighter
Well, Dariush was winning the fight before that knee.
Yeah, he was winning until he lost.
Yeah he wasn't telegraphing anything at all giving Barboza any tells to set a knee up with. No way Barboza was feeling him out.
Barboza vs winner of Alvarez/Gaethje for no. 1 contender!
I can't tell if you are sarcastic or not, because that was the first and only takedown attempt, Dariush was outstriking him and putting pressure.
That was a beautiful move and great timing by Barbosa, but you don't lose 8 minutes of a fight to try to land a jumping knee on an opponent that didn't even try to shoot.
Great fighter and person. Hope we see him vs McGOAT. Best puncher vs best kicker in the best division. Dream fight.
Not trying to discredit Dariush, but let's be honest.. he wasn't winning that fight, regardless of the round 1 scorecard
I can't tell if you made this up because ur salty he called you out, or ur a narcissist
He's definitely underrated. That's why I don't understand how people shit on Cerrone. His win over Barboza was legit.
I think people shit on Cerrone because he's had a lot of cracks at the top and always comes up short. Barboza hasn't really got there yet. His current run is his best run so far.
Barboza is a lot like Overeem tbh. He can lose to.. anyone, really, even though he probably shouldn't. I'll take him against any striker in the division but if it's not his night there's nothing you can do about it.
Fair enough, i didn't remember those attempts.
Still Dariush was winning that fight, the scorecard obviously matters.
No, i simply i watched that fight months ago and memory sometimes is a bitch.
