The worst part is instead of regular chili seasoning, they use cinnamon, allspice, and cloves like it's a fucking pumpkin pie.

I would've did a set or two more at 90 but everything is still feeling fucked. Neither mind or body are ready for more.
I think I'm still going to have to be cautious for a few weeks, but I'll take it. Even being limited to muscle snatches and front squats will be better than sitting around watching "Cheers" Re-runs sober.

Anyway, my back is still iffy. On occasion it'll have a jolt of pain, or just make standing up a training exercise for when I become geriatric. Still I can almost always move my leg without any pain now, so I started pushing it a little today.

chins sets of 6 were done inbetween each set after the first 90 kg muscle cleans 'n presses.

Skipped the final set. I was being cautious with my back. Felt weird, no pain but I'm scurred.

Strange day. I felt like shit, the lift felt like shit but I knew the weight was moving pretty well. I was a helluva lot stronger today than I felt. I think a lot of the time I psyche myself out and miss what should be a make. So hopefully I end up with more days like this where I just say fuck it and lift.

I'm going to agree. That was the weirdest Boo Boo I've ever had. Thought I shit out my spine that day, Knock on wood but I've had great luck with this stuff.
