Since ANTIFA is not a trademark you find these guys everywhere. Anybody can start an antifa group, just download their symbols on the internet, print some flags, dress in black and get into street fights.
There are self labeled ANTIFA in Brazil of all places.

What made the Seattle WTO riots so unique was the varied background of the protesters. Steel worker unions marching with anarchists, socialists, antifas, other labor groups, environmentalists, all to protest globalization and the shit WTO.
