Trying to get back into working out on the bag, shadowboxing and just working on technique on my own. I took about 15 months of muay thai classes (with about 3 months of including some western boxing specifically) but am not currently training formally.

I'm focusing a little more boxing at this point, as I'm developing a real interest in it. If anyone has any constructive thoughts on the video linked below, that may help.

Rounds start at 0:10, 2:26, 5:34, 9:15 and 12:45. Thank you.

First off try to get your feet in the shot so we can see if you are pivoting. Secondly step with the jab so you are getting your body weight behind it. I'm sure others will have more to add. God bless bro.

Thanks. Feel like I have seen conflicting things on the jab. Some say no need to step in if youre twisting at the hips properly (I.e., tile exercise).
