    I rode my MTB 15 miles today, and ran 4 miles, in addition to 8 hours in the office. What have YOU done today?

    Oh, don't worry, I'm trying. But it's fucking hard for me to put on weight. I've always been a super skinny guy. Before I started training I was approx 73kg.

    I've only just regularly added weight training to my schedule, because I've had quite a few injuries the past few years (shoulder and neck) and i finally accepted that I need to get my ass in a gym.

    But my wrestling also sucks because I've never really worked on it. I've only taken a handful of wrestling classes, and never with a decent coach. Wrestling isn't very common in my country (New Zealand), although it's certainly growing with the rising popularity of MMA n BJJ.
