The “physical fit” guys that should go spar some bjj purples, active boxers (ie have fights, not just trained) or some mma competitors. This isn’t a “ you ain’t nothing, I’m a fighter your a pussy” comment. When tough dudes come in and get tosses around, you can see that they are fucking mind blown. It’s a cool experience you should try at least once, even if you have no intention of training seriously. When I was younger a was a shitty drunk, but I haven’t been in a bar fight for probably 10 years now though. On the other hand, you have some purple and brown belts that are bad ass in the gym, but you know for a fact that they would fall to bits as soon as somebody started smashing them in the face. Rights now I’m pretty out of shape, I roll once or twice a week and hit the bag once a week. I’m still pretty confident that I could smoke most guys under 230lbs if they had never seriously trained. 50lbs+ weight difference is where I think chances would slide, but even then I have a shot.
