Are you in your best shape or decent physical shape? Strong? Are you trained in martial arts or combat situations? Do you have experience with weapons or firearms? Just been thinking about this lately. I’m in decent shape compare to regular people, do running and weightlifting. Slim, eat healthy relatively lean. No firearms or martial arts training. 29 years old. Want to take up a little practice just to feel a bit safer if conflict ever happens. No combat situation has come up yet in my life.
