He is in the testing pool. All the time spent outside of it prolonges the suspension. The issue will be with getting a licence in time for UFC 230, since he can start the whole process only after the official end of his suspension.

Was he innocent when he got stripped the first time? When he came back for the second DC fight I knew he would mess it up again and he didn't dissapoint. Statistically speaking history repeats itself so logically it's stupid to think Jones has changed, most likely he will still mess up again in a big way.
