i havent brushed my teeth in 2 months i started eating 2 apples a day my teeth feel strong but my teeth are rather yellow but i guess thats due to the apple stains i believe that the tooth brush is a good tool for those who cant go natural but natural beats anything man made it seems.

I was told durian fruit may help the stains. It's consumed a lot in Asia and has a lot of other benefits, like high vitamin C, rich in fiber, B-complex vitamins, potassium and aminoacids.

You just eat apples? No problems with acidic residue? Rinse with water?
If the enamel on your teeth starts to thin too much it could cause the yellowish effect since the dentin underneath is yellow.

If your teeth are not too yellow, you're fine; teeth are suppose to be a bit off white but you should make sure you're not destroying your teeth.

Smelling of durian fruit, you will not have to worry about people getting close enough to see your teeth.

Is there a natural floss to get the skin out from between your teeth?

Why not brush or floss? What's the benefit of being natural? I use a fluoride free toothpaste..

Well, you said yourself your teeth are yellow. It might be natural but I don't think there's anything wrong with brushing and flossing. Plus, it feels better afterwards.

See a dentist immediately, have your teeth cleaned, and learn about proper brushing technique and tooth care in general. Either these things or - in the next several years - suffer a lot, pay a lot, and lose all your teeth.

Weird coincidence, I'm a big apple fan too but I recently saw an article saying apples can damage the teeth because they are fairly acidic.

Anyways, I was surprised but just FYI

I heard too much citrus can damage your teeth and that you shouldn't brush after eating it because the fruit's acid will soften your ename.

Same goes for coffee, or anything acidic for that matter.

Just use celery to brush and cherry stems to floss

Finish off with carrot juice mouthwash
