yeah it slows down a few times throughout.

i like the supporting cast minus a few people. i thought russ and boyd were retarded, but wyatt and ruth are good shit. i dont like agent petty very much. buddy is awesome too.

I've watched the first ep-and-a-half.

I'd say the show is surprisingly good so far. It's well-acted, it knows how to build tension, and Jason Bateman has proven himself to be an amazingly adept director. (Who knew he had that kind of talent?)

BTW @HwoarangStyle, you're thread title is fucking killing me, man. Go to Thread Tools at the top and then Edit Thread Title and change Ozarks to Ozark. Please.

Sorry to hear that, it is not good.

The finale was laughably bad.

I found the whole thing a ponderous slog.

Most of the acting was mediocre at best and the directing was amateur hour.

My brain melted and is dripping out my ears.

The first episode is going to trick people and get them excited, and the rest of the series will slowly extinguish their will to live.

i have no intention on watching it because I dont like the name of it.... also why did you watch it all in a sitting if you didnt like it? I have a 4 episode rule, not good after that I stop....

Watched the first episode. Has potential, didn't get me hooked. It doesn't feel like a binge show for me so I'll take my time with it.

I've gotten through five episodes already. In my opinion at least, it's the most interesting new show to come along in a while. I've been pretty disappointed with most of the new TV shows lately but this one has restored my faith a bit.

In terms of new shows, right now all I've got is Ozark and The Mist.

Well the first episode for me was a full on "set the table" episode, which I understand when they're introducing new characters, but when

They kill off several of the characters we've met in that first episode, it seems a little strange.

I'm sure the second episode would be quite different, when we actually find out what they're going to do.
