Anyone taking Lyrica?

My mother has stage 4 metastatic cancer and is currently taking Lyrica for pain (tumor is pushing on nerves). It works but the side effects are significant. She is on Nivolumab which causes diarrhea. Lyrica cause constipation and it's strong enough to not only counter the Nivolumab but to induce constipation. She will go 3 days without a bowel movement since going on Lyrica.
