Anyone have experience with the neck flex? Is it legit or gimmick?

is this actually effective and worth the purchase? It definitely seems more versatile than doing the generic, limited front and back nodding with the classic head harness.

This actually seems like a good neck harness design. I'm not sure how easily loaded it is as you get stronger, but it does have some interesting features like the ability to train rotation. I like banded resistance too, so I dunno... seems like a good Idea? I have a theraband I use to stretch my neck and I don't see any reason you couldn't use a harness and a stronger band to strengthen it.
