My folks live in the DC area. They say that the traffic has already doubled, which turning my dad's 2-hour commute into a 3-4-hour commute each way. He says that is pretty standard affair for an inauguration. I have no idea why people choose to live with that kind of traffic. It's insane to me.

The DC area is up there with NYC and LA as far as traffic is concerned. That's why towns in MD on the edge of the city like Bethesda and Chevy Chase are full of multi million dollar homes. People will pay huge money to be super close to work to avoid traffic.

Why should this house be over $900k?
