Anyone else have issues viewing the fight on bt sport box office?

I bought the fight last minute on the app. When I went to view the fight, it said cannot view on this device. So why would they sell it to me if I can’t view it on this device?
Just want to know if I’m the only one who had this issue

Watched it on BT box and was fine on that mate. I know some others have said they were having some issues though.
