For weigh ins same day and 24 hours before competition?
Like Joel Jamieson's Ultimate Conditioning Guide, is there a guide out there when it comes to manipulating water weight?
This is something I personally want to get good at since it is part of combat sports.
Currently I just weigh in at whatever natural weight I walk at, but if there is ever a chance were I may have to get lower, this is something I'd like to have as back up.
