When you're cutting vast amounts of weight (more than usual), you have to limit your weight lifting and in some cases completely stop it.

The results can include limited muscle endurance and being weaker overall.


This used to happen to Reem when he was making 205lbs. He said his trainers wouldn't allow him to lift during camps in order to make weight easier.

Maybe he can do some shrugs or a military press though. Those shoulders... (or lack there of)
