Annoying ad freezes my iphone, can't even turn the phone off

There is a DVD pre-order ad for Ridley Scott's "Taboo", which comes up on my iphone every time I come to the sherdog forums. It fills the screen, and I can't get out of the window, unless I catch it in the first few seconds. I can't even shut down my iphone, it freezes everything until it decides it's ready to go away.
