But look at this guy... the dude is shredded. Imagine if you feed him lots of good food and put him on a proper training program... That's genetics for you:
Anyone doing that kind of physical labour all day is going to be shredded.
This is a colourised photo from a Russian factory probably from the 1950's if you do a job that's basically a workout all day long you're gonna be jacked.
