The Judge says he was on Trumps short list for Supreme Court, he's a self professed libertarian.

Would he make your cut if he's nominated for another vacancy and you were in the position of voting.

I realize some of you will look no further than his employment with Fox as a sole decision maker since the official party talking points aren't available at this time.

Both sides stake claim to the constitution (as mind boggling as that seems at times) Judge Napolitano defends the rights of the people from an ever intrusive government by limiting growing powers of the government, interpreting the constitution as it was written.

I found that Napolitano is atrocious while on Fox. I don't judge his legal career by that metric but I do judge his character. He has said some outlandish things over the years...I presume because it's encouraged as part of his job as an entertainer.
