1. Silva vs Leites
2. Silva vs Maia
3. Silva vs Diaz
4. Silva vs Brunson

Those fights should be shown at insomnia clinics.

The Maia fight wasn't boring.

Anderson had some strange fights, almost more perplexing than boring.

As a champion GSP had more boring fights than Champ Silva.

Counterstriking-Silva vs BJJ player = dull time.

2 of those were far out of his prime and basically the end of his career

but whatever

You're counting fights he had in his 40's after he broke his leg? GSP went the distance 7x in a row with almost all of those fights being boring as hell.

People conveniently forget the first 3 rounds of Silva vs Maia.

They base their opinion of the fight on the last 2 rounds.

And on the other hand, GSP's most exciting fight would have never even made it into Anderson's top 10.

Vs who? Which of the following fights did you find boring?
Serra 1 or 2 -- NO
Kos 1 or 2 -- No, but I can see an argument for the second fight being a jab fest
Fitch -- No
Hughes 1, 2 or 3 -- No
Penn 2 -- No
Alves -- No
Hardy -- Not boring, but annoying he didn't get the finish
Shields -- Boring
Diaz -- Boring, but it was Nicks fault
Hendricks - No
Bisping - No

GSP v -

Condit
Shields
Alves
Kos (1)
Hardy

All boring. The best part of the Condit fight was him getting his head kicked off.

The Hendricks fight was fun cause it was a back n fourth. The Bisping and Kos (2) fights were fun

WTF? People really believe the Diaz fight was boring???

I love this fight, Nick was a totally bad ass.

For Anderson I only put the Leites and Maia fights.

For GSP I put the Hardy, Shields, and Alves in the boring column.

I go back and rewatch Anderson fights all the time.

How often would you want to rewatch gsp’s 30 min title defenses?

The Diaz fight was shit.

If your idea of a good fight is Nick sticking his ass out at Anderson or even lying down on the mat for a few seconds then yeah... it was 'good'.

The actual fighting was trash, so boring, so anticlimatic. Like a softcore sparring session.

#BadFight

Overall? Not even close. Anderson did have some extremely crap performances for a while though that people often gloss over. The fight against Thales is up there with Woodley vs Maia for worst title fight ever

I've rewatched GSP fights alot. The Alves fight was a masterclass. His finishes of Hughes were works of art. How he dug deep and beat a juiced up prime Hendricks as amazing. His entire career is basically a text book on the subject of MMA.
