American Top Team or The Academy

Hey guys I know that alot of professional fighters come out of ATT gyms, but whats the verdict compared to other gyms that produce fighters? For example, do they have a history of their fighters getting overtraining injuries? Or do they teach a style that swings more towards grappling or striking? Are they overpriced? Anything about the one in Savage, MN? I'm looking at that one in particular as a gym that interests me. I don't have the capability to commute there at the moment, but its supposedly the best mma gym in Minnesota. Of course I'm doing my own research but I do like to ask for help.




Looks like brock lesnar trained at the academy. What do you guys know about them?
