does it really make a huge difference training at a place like jacksons I'm trying to remember if any of his guys ever really gas

Live high, train low. That's the old adage.

Live at high altitude to stimulate higher RBC count and haemoglobin levels as an adaptation to chronic exposure to an environment with lower oxygen levels in the air. Train at low altitude, where you have normal oxygen levels, in order to be able to train harder than you would at higher altitude and make greater gains in terms of fitness levels.

There's only so many places in the is that has that type of altitude that I even know of nex Mexico Colorado and parts of Tennessee

There are 10 states with elevation points above 12,000 feet -- Google is your friend.

I'm in Mississippi I guess the best place is jacksons mma but only connect I have there is Tim Kennedy so well see

Just rent a place in Leadville and train there. There's a Gracie bjj down in Salina and a boxing club right there in Leadville.

Good weed there too.
