I think China just respects his warrior spirit which doesn't always get fighters the best record.

I saw him try some MMA out here a few years ago and he seemed like the ground wasn't his friend. Some people I know said he kinda had a chip on his shoulder but I met him once and he seemed pretty chill.

Its cool to me he's living the dream fighting and I hear he has good management so if he can survive in a different continent doing what he loves props to him.

The only other person I see out in China I know is Denis Puric who seems to do alright out there I didn't see his fight the other day but hopefully he's still out there doing his thing.
