UFC Fight Night 123 Fresno so far:

    Cub Swanson vs. Brian Ortega
    Bryan Caraway vs. Luke Sanders
    Jason Knight vs. Gabriel Benitez
    Aljamain Sterling vs. Rani Yayha
    Iuri Alcantara vs. Aljeandro Perez
    Liz Carmouche vs. Alexis Davis
    Eryk Anders vs. John Phillips
Trevin Giles vs. Antonio Braga Neto
    Scott Holtzman vs. Darrell Horcher
Alex Perez vs. Carls John de Tomas
    Chris Gruetzemacher vs. Davi Ramos
    Benito Lopez vs. Albert Morales

Very, very shitty card and looks just about complete. I was going to go to this card but I'm definitely not going to pay money to make the couple hour drive up, get tickets, hotel, etc. Just isn't worth it with a piss poor card like this.

Yahya got a better fight than Soto, kind of messed up.

But it should be a fun fight if Aljo grapples with him. Think a very competitive first before Yahya fades and Aljo wins the last two clearly.

I think Sterling controls all three rounds to a decision victory.. weird fight, indeed. Expected Sterling to get a higher ranked fighter after he beat Barao.

Sterling is one of my favorite up and comers, this should be an entertaining fight.

Aljo should have the striking advantage, especially after he looked so much better in the striking against Barao than in previous fights, but the grappling which is his bread and butter will be dangerous against a submission specialist in yahya.

I expect sterling to win, but I'll be nervous during scrambles. That is there Rani shines he is so quick and crafty while scrambling he can take your back in an instant.

Kinda like the card as a whole. Piss poor event. Figures when it's an event I was actually going to attend.

If it gets one more decent fight for a co main I think that would help it a lot. Maybe something like OSP vs Latifi, Alves vs Meek, MJ vs Elkins, Stephens vs Siver, Chiesa vs Oliviera, Dunham vs Khabilov, Boetch vs Smith, Volkov vs Ledet

Any of those fights would make the card much better. Two other fights that I was thinking up earlier that would make this better as well are Dennis Bermudez vs. Doo Ho Choi or Derrick Lewis vs. Stefan Struve.

Its fine for a fight night. You just want more cause you want to attend.

Its not a great fight night, obviously, but its got a very solid headliner and multiple interesting matchups.

I guess Yayha can put Sterling on his back but all signs point to this being a terrible matchup for Yayha
