I don't want to hear anymore of these "it was an early stoppage" fighters talk. LOL

Guys like Michale Chiesa, and the likes need to shut up and move on. Referees let fights go on for way too long more often than early stoppages.

If you are rocked, and you can't get a clinch or display technical damage control, chances are you are finished.

Flailing your arms like a finish out of water is NOT intelligent defense. LOL

How the fuck this fight has anything to do with Chiesa case? Yamasaki stopped his fight without him going out or tapping, very different because it was not a TKO, it was a submission, where Chiesa did not submit in a situation that he could've but CHOOSE NOT TO.

This example is beyond your typical dumb shit.

Real early stoppages are more rare than late ones, I agree.
I assume you meant "like a fish out of water". They don't flail arms though.

    Don't you watch fights? LOL

Fighter A knocks down Fighter B, and begins to punish Fighter B. The referee saves Fighter B from himself, and Fighter B calls it an "early stoppage" because he was flailing his arms aimlessly in air, and he considers that "intelligent defense." LOL

Come on, the first fight was clearly an early stoppage.

Do you realize that Chiesa was defending himself properly? You know how to defend a RNC? Yamasaki fucked up. Maybe it wouldn't change anything, but he certainly shouldn't have stopped that fight. Your example is stupid. Your thread is, tbh.

You defend the RNC by fighting the arms, like Masvidal did versus Demian Maia.

The Chiesa Shoulder Shrug defense doesn't work, especially not when your body goes limp. LOL
