Adding media/uploading pictures

for the life of me I can't figure out how to upload pictures or add to my media.
Anyone willing to provide info?

Click on the media tab in the toolbar above, then select add media. Here's a direct URL

Trying to upload media so that I can share it in threads via the camera looking button in the reply. The link to upload media went away after I did the first one. How do I add more?

On the left hand side you'll have a link to Your albums also.
