Someone should tell them that Congress controls the budget and Obama actually vetoed their budget twice.

As far as I can tell, the President has rarely if ever vetoed a Congressional budget before Obama.

Obama also cut the deficit in half.

It makes no attempt to quantify what was committed to prior to Obama taking over or the effects of the recession or the increasing size of the economy, time value of money, etc..
