I started eating an exclusively vegan diet. I've done it before and it drops lbs like nothing i've ever come across. I started on Monday.

I started at 237 and I'm 225 this morning.

I had 2 apples and some raw spinach and hummus today.

But 2 apples, spinach and some hummus ? You're a big guy, that sounds like not enough food for you nor enough sources of nutrient . Wont you lose muscles this way ?

What Banchan said. Way more protein or you are going to lose half a lb of muscle for every lb of fat.

Very bad idea.
 
Considering your overall approach I think it sounds fitting.
