Hello fight fans today we're here to showcase the athletes participating in the upcoming HW World Cup of MMA and show the world what they have to look forward to come fight time.

Representing Jungle Fight in Brazil we have.....
Roggers "The Tiger" Souza(8-0) 29yrs 6'4 265lbs fighting out of Nova Uniao Patos de Minas.Jungle Fight HW Champion,#117 ranked HW in the World.
A member of the Nova União network, Souza has the trademark ground game, but he also has very powerful striking. All of his fights have come to an end via finish, with seven knockouts and one submission.2017 was Souza’s best year to date. He scored victories over two notable opponents. He opened the year by knocking out TUF Brazil veteran Job Kleber then he tapped out Marcus Vinicius Lopes. The win over Lopes scored Souza the Jungle Fight heavyweight championship he still holds.In 2018 he knocked out Kleber Souza and Vladimir Dayneko in other promotions.
Representing EFC in Africa we have......
Dalcha "Champion" Lingiambula(9-1) 33yrs 5'11 215lbs fighting out of TEAM CHAMPION.EFC HW & LHW Champion.#118 HW fighter in the world.
Dalcha is one of 3 double champions in EFC promotional history he has a very rounded game and athletic stalky build at Hw that allows his skillset to shine.He has 4ko/1sub and 4 decisions showing his diversity and ability to go 5 rounds.He has very good Judo skills mixed with a powerful and speedy kickboxing style making him a tough fight anywhere it goes.He defended his LHW Title twice before moving up to HW and getting his biggest win yet against 2× defending champ Andrew Van Zyl.

Fabiano "Frota" Silva(5-1) 40yrs 6'2 238lbs fighting out of Abu Dhabi Top Team/American Top Team.#121 of 509 US HWs.
2x World Nogi Champion (2009 brown weight & absolute – Master)2x American Cup (2011 weight & absolute)Pan American Champion (2007 brown)American National Nogi champion (2011)Las Vegas Open Champion (2011 black – Adult)World Nogi Silver Medallist (2010 black – Master)American National Silver Medallist (2010)Pan American Bronze Medallist (2006 brown)2x American National Silver Medallist,Gladiator Challenge Super fight Champion (2011 – MMA).Fabiano Silva is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu black belt under Ricardo Liborio from the American Top Team and decorated grappler winning multiple titles. Sporting a very technical and slick ground game surprisingly in his mma career it's his punches doing most of the work as his boxing and GNP have grown and become his focus but dont sleep on his bjj it's very very good top and bottom game but his favorite submission is the arm triangle.

Brandon Vera is mostly known for his initial run in the UFC when he was considered the next big HW coming up with his 4 fight win streak over Fabiano Scherner,Justin Eilers,Assuerio Silva,and Frank Mir.Brandon has very solid muay thai skill be it standing or in the clinch utilizing all 8 points of contact to the fullest.Vera is also a BlackBelt in BJJ under Lloyd Irvin so when it goes to the ground he is more then capable of handling himself.Since moving to ONE Vera has become the HW Champ and defending it in brutal fashion.
Representing DEEP in Japan we have.....
Roque Martinez (13-5) 32yrs 5'10 265lbs fighting out of SPIKE 22 Gym.DEEP Megaton Champion,#116 HW in the world.
Roque was on an 8 fight win streak before losing to Crocop in Japan.In his wins he has 5ko/4sub and 4 decision showing he has multiple ways to victory and a rounded game.He is a shorter Hw but can throw good leather and change levels using his power perfectly to get his way he is a solid fighter with still growing skills.
Representing Combate Americas in Mexico we have..
Tony "Kryptonite" Lopes (61-29) 44yrs 6'5 233lbs fighting out of Planet Krypton.#132 HW in the world.
Tony is a prime example of a mid tier mma journeyman he's fought all over the world against tons of name value opponents and has a win over current UFC Hw Shamil Abdurikhimov amongst others.Tony has a great rounded style he can take you down and grind you out,grind you in the clinch,or put the pace on you standing and wear you down until you fold.Tony was on a 5 fight streak until his last loss and is still an intelligent fighter who is dangerous.
Representing Pancrase in Japan we have .....
Hikaru Sato (24-24) 38yrs 5'9 218lbs fighting out of Pancrase Mission.Unranked @ hw,#11of28 Japanese lhws.
Sato started his MMA career in February 2000, fighting for Pancrase Hybrid Wrestling. During the next eight years, Sato fought, on average, five times a year, compiling a record of 18 wins, 19 losses and four draws, which included fights against the likes of Keiichiro Yamamiya, Nathan Marquardt, Ryo Chonan and Yushin Okami. He has since had ten MMA fights.Has wins over Shannon Ritch,Ryo Chonan,and Daisuke Nakamura.Not the most elite representative but pancrase doesn't ever really hold hw fights so here we are lol.
Representing Cage Warriors in The United Kingdom...
Mauro Cerilli (12-2)35yrs 6'2 242lbs fighting out of Hammer Team.Cage Warriors HW Champion,#2 of 164 Eastern European HWs.
Mauro has good power and durability with a solid boxing game and has been working on his grappling more to balance his out.He has 5ko/3sub & 4 decisions showing he looks for the finish wherever the fight goes and can be dominant in multiple aspects of the fight.He doesn't have a big signature win yet but he's a very solid fighter and could get one in this tournament.
Representing the UFC in The United States we have...
Daniel "DC" Cormier (21-1) 39yrs 5'11 246lbs fighting out of American Kickboxing Academy.UFC HW & LHW Champion,StrikeForce Hw Gp winner,NCAA DIV 1 Wrestler,Olympic Wrestler,BrownBelt in Bjj under Leandro Vieira.
Dc is one of the greatest Hws we've seen in North American MMA and is making a case for all time with wins over Tony Johnson,Soa Palelei,Jeff Monson,Bigfoot Silva,Josh Barnett,Frank Mir,Roy Nelson,and Stipe Miocic.Dc has very good boxing and underutilized kicks to go along with his world class wrestling.He can single leg or clinch up and send you flying.Dc is a very tough fight for any fighter at Hw.

Cyril "Bon Gamin"Gane (2-0) 28yrs 6'5 241lbs.TKO HW Champion,13-0 MT Champion,2-0 kickboxing.#98 Hw in the world.
Cyril is new to MMA but has been doing Muay Thai and Kickboxing for many years and has a bit of a wrestling game but definetly still evolving and learning.He is a rangey fighter with solid kickboxing and a battering clinch game that he uses to wear down and finish opponents.

Ivan is a ball of Muscle but aside from obvious power he has surprising speed with his hands and a powerful clinch game.He has wins over Jeff Monson,Bigfoot Silva,Ricco Rodriguez,Ksw champ Phil De Fries,Satoshi Ishii,and Christian Mpumbu and with his wins being 5ko/4sub and 4 decisions it shows his versatility,durability,and ability to adapt to get a win.

Phillipe"Monstro" Lins (13-3)33yrs 6'2 265lbs fighting out of Nova Uniao.Bjj BlackBelt,Undefeated at HW,#46 HW in the world.
Philippe was a Lhw until moving to the PFL and its turned out to be a very good choice.He has wins over Caio Alencar,Alex Nicholson,and Jared Roshalt and is looking to become the PFL inaugural HW Champion.He has solid powerful boxing with good crisp combos and solid takedown defense and dirty boxing.He is definetly a dark horse of the world cup.
Representing RIZIN in Japan we have .....

Mirko Crocop (37-11)44yrs 6'2 233lbs fighting out of Crocop Squad Gym.RIZIN GP Winner,PRIDE Legend,#38 HW in the world.
Currently riding a 9 fight win streak to say Crocop refuses to quit is an understatement.Possessing at one time the most feared striking in the game crocop still can bang and take guys out.His standup is great and even his ground game has gotten better.He already holds wins over 2 of the tourneys participants in Aliakbari and Martinez even in his older state do not overlook this Legend of the sport.
Representing M-1 Global in Russia we have.....
Nikolay Savilov (13-3)25yrs 5'11 231lbs fighting out of Kse Arte.#9 of 334 Russian Pro HWs.
Nikolay is a young prospect that's hungry and looking for a big win to put and exclamation mark on his resume.He has powerful hands,good boxing,good all around grappling,and a tough chin.He is ever evolving at his age but possesses a good skillset to make a tough outing for any Hw.
Representing Bellator MMA in The United States we have....
Ryan "Darth" Bader (26-5)35yrs 6'2 229lbs fighting out of Power MMA.Bellator LHW Champion,NCAA DIV 1 wrestler,Blackbelt in Bjj under Andre Maracaba.#20 HW in the world.
Ryan is well known for his stint in the UFC at LHW where he earned his stripes and was a top lhw,but since moving to bellator and becoming their LHW belt holder he is looking to take the HW belt as well.Bader has put on lean muscle and looks like a real killer at hw.He has evolved kickboxing and high level wrestling so he can choose where the fight goes and how it plays out.He is definetly one of the best Hws in this World Cup and in the world.
Representing ACB in Russia we have.....
Amir Aliakbari (8-1)30yrs 6'3 262lbs fighting out of AKA Thailand.World class Greco Roman Wrestler, #50 HW in the world.
Amir has a checkered past from Greco but has transitioned nicely into MMA and is definetly surging right now.He has world class grappling and top game with solid GNP.his stand up is still evolving but not bad but mostly used to close distance and get his hands on his opponent.Has wins over Heath Herring,Valentijn Moldavsky,Geronimo Dos Santos,Denis Smoldarev,and Daniel Omielanczuk showing he can take on ever increasing difficulty in competition and still shine.
Representing Akhmat Fight Club in Russia we have....
Alexander "Grim Reaper" Emelianenko (28-7)37yrs 6'6 256lbs fighting out of AE Team.3× Combat Sambo World Champion,Master of sport in Judo,1st Razyryad Grand Master in Sambo.#36 HW in the world.
Aleks hasn't had the same success that his older brother Fedor has had but he is definetly a solid HW with formidable skills.Aleks has powerful speedy boxing using good distance and combinations as well as pure brute strength to hurt opponents.He has an underutilized grappling game that is very good but rarely seen.Aleks can definetly surprise some people in the World Cup.
Representing KSW in Poland we have....
Phil De Fries (16-6)32yrs 6'4 248lbs fighting out of Alliance MMA.KSW HW Champion,#39 HW in the world.
Phil has fought all over the world and done fairly well for himself but never winning a title until moving to KSW.Along with previous wins over Oli Thompson and Brett Rogers in KSW Phil has beaten Michal Andryszak and Karol Bedorf both in title affairs. Phil has a smothering grappling style with solid GNP and submissions that generally finish off his opponents.Since slimming down a bit he has looked quicker and his cardio is much improved only making his game more dangerous. His standup is growing but still mostly used to close the distance for the takedown.
Representing Road FC in South Korea we have....
Mighty Mo (12-6)48yrs 6'1 265lbs fighting out of Aguire Fighting Systems.2004 &2008 K-1 GP Winner,2017 Road Fc Openweight GP winner.
Mighty Mo is a veteran of many orgs and combat sports.He has an aggressive powerful kickboxing style with a decent groundgame.With wins over Dan Charles, Peter Graham,Mu Bae Choi×2,and Hong Man Choi he has shown the ability to still bring it and be a fearsome competitor against all odds.Hes no BJJ wizard but he surely can put your lights out if you underestimate his striking.
Representing Fight Nights in Russia we have....
Mikhail Mokhnatkin (11-2)28yrs 6'3 223lbs fighting out of Team Fight Nights.#8 of 334 Russian Pro Hws.
Mikhail is a hot prospect who just lost to Sergey Pavlovich but has wins over Valentijn Overeem,Derrick Mehmen,Fabio Maldonado,and Kleber Silva.He has showcased a rounded skillset with submissions being his specialty but he has very solid striking and GNP as well.He is one of the best up and coming Russian hws looking to make his mark in the sport a d could very well do that in the World Cup.

Mikhail is a hot prospect who just lost to Sergey Pavlovich but has wins over Valentijn Overeem,Derrick Mehmen,Fabio Maldonado,and Kleber Silva.He has showcased a rounded skillset with submissions being his specialty but he has very solid striking and GNP as well.He is one of the best up and coming Russian hws looking to make his mark in the sport a d could very well do that in the World Cup.
