First of all, there is no guarantee if they will be any good with their TDD or BJJ. Secondly, Conor is good in mma because he has tons of years being trained with the awareness of MMA and not boxing, training his style that would be good against avoiding not only all the punches, but kicks knees elbows wrestling BJJ dirtyboxing.

tl;dr, boxers have different athleticism, stiff legs; different instincts too, what means when they inevitably duck down from a strike or feint, an MMA fighter will read it and knee their heads into oblivion because you can't move your head like a retard like that in mma.

Boxers didn't even dominate K-1, the most shallow talent pool sport on Earth that doesn't even have grappling. Just stop bro.

But if they trained seriously for years there is no reason to assume they couldn't eventually be great just like wrestlers, judokas, BJJ, MT, etc.

The thing is, you would never know until they do it, I don't think you could predict it simply based on their boxing. For example, GGG might be amazing at MMA and picking up other skills, and Canelo might suck and have lifelong shit TDD. We have seen countless examples of this happening, some guys spend entire careers in MMA and excel in certain areas and are seemingly unable to improve in others.
