Today, I completed Smolov's squat program. It was a lot of time off from other things, but I can't argue with the results!
Here's 405 with no wraps or belt, below parallel...

Then, I put the knee wraps and belt on, and got 450 barely parallel...

I also made a 3-part video review of the entire Smolov program...

I'm speaking of the stumbling towards the rack before your knees or hips are extended.

I was not aware that I am not locking out??

You're not starting or finishing the reps properly. You should be standing upright with your knees locked before you start a squat.

Barefoot. I disapprove. Otherwise, nice milestones.

Isn't Smolov an advanced program?

Anyways, it's not a terrible lift, but you do need to start and finish straighter than you currently are. It just looks like it's putting a lot of unnecessary strain on your back to do it like that. Your depth is good, but that sure is one ugly fucking squat. You absolutely need to finish more upright and stop throwing yourself forward onto the rack. If you can go down with it you can take another half a second and finish it right. And those bare feet on the metal seems unnecessary. You can't throw on a pair of Chucks or something similarly flat footed?

I'm guessing OP values himself as a badass in his gym, hence the noise, intense looks at the camera, etc. I'm also guessing we never see him in this thread again.

"Like, comment, subscribe, and share please!" Definitely never!

Aside some minor tweaks as others mentioned, good job. If you do ever want to compete, I would start making a habit of starting off with your knees locked and ending the same. You won't even get the start command if you knees are not locked and even if you did you would have gotten red lighted since your feet moved once you got the weight up. Great job finishing up Smolov. It's a lot of squatting!

You want a blowie or something??

Cause belph needs to see more effort than that for so much as an over the pants handie

How much did your 1RM improve from start to finish?

No thanks necessary.
