I agree I much prefer the "magic man in the sky" theory.

Not really, unless you think banging neanderthal isn't a sin.

Maybe that is it, when the bible says man should not lie with man, it meant we are supposed to bang monkeys.

Yeah, I thought about them and the Hindu, and I think all three are legitimate choices if we just stick with their majority. I wouldn't argue against them. The problem I had with the other two is they are SO incredibly expansive that it is really difficult to consider them one religion (respectively, not collectively). It's like the problem of Christian denominations, but ten-fold. Also, they both have their extremists factions (just like Christians).

It's real, prime, War Room stuff, too. Monks attacking Muslims.

If I had to pick just one, and I could narrow it down to a single "faction", I'd take the Zen-Buddhists. Honestly though, they hardly seem to qualify as a religion, but I suppose that is why they are so moderate?

Ya, you are going to have problems at anything you look at when humans are involved. I think it's more to do with the species.

But anyways, I think you'd be taking on quite the challenge if you would attempt an across-the-board comparison of Western religious violence to exclusionary brutality committed by Buddhists throughout history.

Science goes with the simplest explanation. Ofcourse all those scenarios are possible but are they more probable than simply attributing the find to Denisovan crafstmanship.

Yep when religion becomes anti intellectualism , that is where religious fundamentalism gets very dissruptive.

There's nothing extra ordinary about that. Given enough time, anyone can do that with just a rudimentary blunt stone or metal chisel.

Anyone who believes some guy is in the sky looking down upon them and created shit is a waste a of a human brain. Put your faith into something that is real and matters. Fairy Tales, Religion bullshit ruined society since the creation of civilizations.

The article actually states that they were sure it was made by the denisovans, but with no explanation for why the scientists were sure.

I think it was bad journalism, not bad science that is the issue.

Well since their own scientific study says they did not have the brain capacity to make such a ornament but were more robust than Homo and Neanderthal then I would say the more logical conclusion would be killing and taking or just found the bracelet.

I think they chose these stones because of their properties. Why exactly I do not know. They probably did utilize metals/crystals.

Also perfectly cut giant granite boxes are not cheep. Perfectly cut polygonal walls aren't cheap.

No need for quotations it's painfully obvious all these sites were obliterated. Why humans were able to dominate the earth is for you to figure out.

I think they did find giant stone tools/weapons at the lost city of giants in south America. I don't think the tools the really intelligent beings had were star wars type tools. Your guess is as good as mine.

Only thing I can think of is some kind of core drill or technology that uses lazers and or vibrations.
