USADA announced today that Stefan Sekulic, of Novi Sad, Serbia, has accepted a two-year sanction for a violation of the UFC® Anti-Doping Policy after testing positive for prohibited substances.

Sekulic, 26, tested positive for drostanolone and its metabolites, as well as a metabolite of metandienone, following an in-competition test conducted at UFC Fight Night in Moscow, Russia, on September 15, 2018. These are non-Specified Substances in the class of Anabolic Agents and prohibited at all times under the UFC Anti-Doping Policy, which has adopted the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) Prohibited List.

Didn't they say they won't announce who test positive ?

no they just arent announcing "potential violations" at the time of provisional suspension and instead waiting until the full process has played out

I wonder if he took the fight/call to the big leagues on short notice and had it in him and didn't have time to cycle off?
(But didn't want to miss his opportunity).

Another guy who was being supplied by the same guy as jones.

They won't announce anything until the case has been resolved. So once someone accepts a suspension, then we get notified.

But if someone were to say, test positive and then be "cleared" for non-intentional doping, we would never even hear about the potential violation at all.

not true.

USADA announce all "no fault findings" as well.

Theres countless examples where the initial potential violation was not announced but the final "no fault or negligence" finding was.

for the record: Ning Guangyou, Augusto Montano, Li Jinglian, Brandon Moreno
None of their potential violations were announced but the "no fault or negligence findings" were

And: Gian Villante
His positive wasnt announced at the time but the retroactive TUE provision was

And: Iain McCall
potential violation not accounced, but retroactive TUE provision was

any examples of someone being cleared for non-intentional doping that you fear we'd never have heard about?
