Nah, Conor gets wrestle fucked by Edgar for multiple rounds. In a 3-round fight Conor stands a chance because he can put out more of an effort to knock Frankie out in the first round. But Conor has shown his TDD is below average, Mendes laid on top of this guy for 9.5 minutes while coming off the couch. He has been gifted strikers in his career otherwise. If Frankie doesn't bother to stand-up because he would get slept, then this fight is an easy win for him. Would look similar to the Yair fight.
