He has a terrible reputation too and he seems like someone you can't really trust either. I don't get it.

The dude trains too, he is in the gym all the time training with his guys. Trust me, that will earn you tons of respect from the fighters, when you are in there with them grinding, shit he may even get the better of a lot of guys in the practice room, that earns you props.
