Is it Jacare, Maia, Werdum, Big Nog, Royler Gracie, Jim Miller, Nate Diaz, Charles Oliveira, Royce Gracie, who's you pick?

EDIT: Only top MMA fighters should be considered here. As in "which fighter has best utilised BJJ in MMA".

I can't tell you, I have never seen any of them paint or draw.

Conor McGregor

Rickson, Roger, and Marcelo Garcia have fought in MMA, so them.

Jacare is a great example of a jiujitsu guy who learned how to wrestle and strike in MMA.

Marcelo Garcia

Although it didn't work out so well.

Out of that list it's Maia with Jacare on his tail.

Depending on what you're asking there are many more...Xande Ribeiro, Rickson Gracie, Roger Gracie, Marcelo Garcia, Andre Galvao...

Based on the mount of sub wins and the amount of different sub types used, Alexey Oleynik

They said at ATT that he has forgotten submission holds that the best BJJ guys are only just learning

The best fighter on the list is Jacare.

The best BJJ player on the list is Maia.

Roger Gracie hands down.
Please Sherdoggers, get your facts straight<34>
