Im thinking that because the UFC still has an international market that will get these fights too, Yes there will be commercials. It really should be like it is on fightpass though.
I have not used espn + though so I cant say for certain. They show hockey games and such tho I would definately assume so. Its also BS if they make you pay extra for it.

Yes ESPN+ has commercial breaks. I just use Fight Pass and VPN.
