Artem said he had to defend Conor because Khabib was calling him chicken for 1 year. Artem said how can Conor be a chicken if he never pulled out of a fight but Khabib had pulled out of many.

Artem said in Russia calling someone a chicken is a big insult because it means you were anal raped in prison. That is what chicken means there. So Artem felt like he had to stick up for Conor.

He said even with knowing what happened with the bus incident he would have still said it because calling someone a chicken is apparently a big insult.

He said initially Khabib talked to him alone and didn't touch him. Then moments later Khabib returned with 15 guys then all of a sudden had the balls to grab the back of Artem's head. He said when they were alone he didn't touch him, but started acting tough with all his men around.

After it made headlines and the video went viral Conor texted him saying "I'm on the way" and the rest is history.

Artem even said he was offered 6 figure contracts in other organisations and was gonna leave the ufc but decided to stay because he wanted to fight Khabib's teammate. So took a paycut just to fight him. And then never got to fight him anyway cus that guy got pulled for his antics post UFC 229.

Then Artem said he had a muslim friend. And that real muslims are peaceful. Khabib's team are hippocrites since the one guy was bragging on social media about hitting Conor and that they swear. Basically said they are not following their religion.

Then Artem started praying in Arabic and said praise be unto the T-rex god.
