People tend to forgive and forget if you just take your punishment and lay low and come back more humble, Michael Vick is an ESPN analyst now and I don’t think anyone would have predicted that 10 years or so ago. There may not be a load of things he can do to make himself look worse, but there were ways he could make himself look better and this was not it.

There may not be a load of things he can do to make himself look worse, but there were ways he could make himself look better and this was not it.

He’s just expressed regret for it and taken responsibility for his role in all of it; as far as I know he hasn’t done a sit down interview where he could be asked everything about it. Even if he did, it wouldn’t do anything for him, it would really only be an opportunity to blame others or defer blame from himself so I don’t blame him for not doing one. That’s the point I was getting at, if you just accept some responsibility and stay humble with your mouth closed, eventually people will move on and forgive you. Which they clearly have.
