I actually met CB in 2012 here in LA at UFC on Fox 4. CB and Aaron Simpson. Both were slightly drunk but super polite and got a pic with them. Talked for about 10 mins.

Sad stuff. There's no explanation for that. Herb, stay off the herb. Seriously.
 
Props on the video. It was well done. But that was not that brutal of a finish. Mir vs carwin would be more appropriate
